This new project consists of the rehabilitation of a historic building, dating from 1875, which was the first public school in the municipality of Montijo. The project aims to preserve the original architectural identity of the building while maintaining iconic elements such as the yellow tiles that reflect its origin, while incorporating a contemporary design to offer comfort and functionality to future residents. The apartments were designed with a focus on integrated sustainability, offering state-of-the-art energy efficiency features. They are equipped with high thermal inertia insulation, double glazing with reduced thermal transmittance, mechanical air renewal system, A+ energy certification and the use of renewable energy through solar and photovoltaic panels. The minimalist design of the apartments combines history and functionality, providing comfortable, efficient and quality spaces.
