Single-story house of typical Algarve design, in ruins despite retaining its original structure and volumetric composition. It was originally intended for residential use and includes three rooms: a hallway, pantry, kitchen, outbuilding with two divisions, and a patio. It sits on a 6400sqm plot. Located in Patã de Cima, inland, near the EN125 highway and 4 km from the sea as the crow flies. The land is urban, registered in 1992, although it is located within an agricultural reserve area. Conservation, reconstruction, alteration, and expansion works on the existing buildings, as well as changes of use, may be possible. In this type of space, with municipal approval, 300sqm could be used for residential purposes, 500sqm for other uses, or 2000sqm for rural tourism, provided the number of floors remains the same and distances from neighboring properties are maintained in new constructions. Patã de Cima is located in the parish of Boliqueime, municipality of Loulé. This parish is one of the eleven parishes in the municipality, bordering the municipality of Albufeira, and the parishes of Quarteira, Tõr, Benafim and S. Sebastião, also in the municipality of Loulé. Boliqueime has an area of 46.21 ksqm and a population of 4789 inhabitants, with a population density of 103.63 inhabitants/ksqm, which allows it to be classified as a Low Density Area. Some traditions are also kept alive in the parish, such as the fairs on August 4th and October 17th, the festival in honor of Our Lady of Sorrows, Saint Louis and Saint Sebastian, in September, and the festival of Saint Faustino, on Easter Sunday. Of more recent tradition, in mid-June, the popular festivities of Saint John take place in the atrium of the Parish Church.
